[HCM] Our company CIL ASIA VIETNAM LIMITED recruits SHIPPING OPERATOR, detailed requirements as below:

- Prepare and process all necessary documentation for Import/ export shipments
- Double checking all data between hard copy and system to make sure no discrepancy.
- Co-ordinate with Suppliers to have on time SI, VGM, for next steps. Follow and submit on time before carrier’s deadline.
- Have knowledge and experience on manifest submission: AMS/ ACI/ E-MANIEFST/ ISF/ AFR. File requirement manifest on system and follow it until receiving full status.
- Issuing HBL/ HAWB/ Debit Note/ arrange payment request to carrier/ co-loader/ or supplier.
- Correspondence and follow-up swiftly with overseas agents and customers to ensure any queries/ instruction are attended.
- Support and cooperate with the Account Department on outstanding. Follow payment plan with customer and update to related party.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers/suppliers/carriers to perform better as well as find opportunities for service development
- Other tasks will be assigned by management.

* Working location: 2nd floor ,Viconship Saigon buiding , 8 Đoàn Văn Bơ st, 9 ward, district 4

* Office time: From Mon to Fri (8:00 – 17:00; lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00)

Yêu cầu công việc

- Have knowledge on TP trade.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, able to work under high pressure. Be careful at work. Multi-tasking ability
- Have at least 1-2 year experience in similar position.
- Professional and scientific working style
- Proficient in office computer, English communication. Chinese is plus.
