Main objectives of the job:
• Ensure premium service consulting tailored to the individual needs of each customer.
• Boost sales through selling aftersales products and services.
• Loyalise customers and ensure customer satisfaction at any time.

Reports operationally to: Service Manager
Reports functionally to: N/A
List by title positions which report directly to this position: N/A

The roles and responsibilities of the Service Advisor include but are not limited to:

1. Perform service consulting:
• Perform service consulting
• Inform the customer about service, price and deadline
• Support in the framework of accident damage
• Record customer and vehicle data for the customer database
• Guarantee customer mobility
• Issue courtesy or hire car to the customer


2. Manages the repair process:
• Prepare and settle complete and detailed orders
• Organize diagnosis test drives for the Service Technician and Master Technician
• Check availability of parts before the start of repairs
• Match current workshop capacity with order deadlines
• Obtain permission from the customer for additional work, and informs the workshop Master Technician or Technician regarding this.
• Instruct parts sales for the best parts provision.

3. Prepare and release invoices:
• Prepare damage calculation for repair authorization
• Check and release complete and correct invoices for services.
• Prepare invoices for inspections and standard repairs.
• Assess and process warranty and goodwill settlement applications with regard to procedures and technical aspects.
• Agree on payment conditions with the customer according to business conditions approved by the management.
• Prepare estimates taking into consideration the current value of the vehicle.


4. Carry out the vehicle handover:
• Carry out final acceptance and vehicle handover.
• Perform final acceptance with a test drive and an invoice check.

5. Promote services and products:
• Offer, consult and sell parts, accessories, and lifestyle products.
• Promote services not performed (telephone offers).
• Organise and undertake regular telephone promotions of services based on customer needs.
• Organise and check product improvement campaigns.
• Introduce customers to Sales Advisors and Product Genius if customer is in re-purchase phase.

6. Observe the market:
• Performs regional market and competition observation with regard to service products.


7. Personal development:
• Attend training by brands to generate knowledge about latest luxury content and concept.
• Continuously improve technical and management skills.
• Continuously improve knowledge about Automotive, Watches and Jewelry, Art and other lifestyle aspects.


8. Team-effort duties:
• Contribute to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to enhance the quality of work and services; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed.
• To abide by and uphold all S&S Group core values, policies and procedures.
• Other tasks and responsibilities assigned to the Employee by the Company which may be adjusted from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education:
o Relevant degree or technical training as automotive technician, industrial technician.
o Certified Automotive Service Advisor Professional experience (only for senior level).
o Driving license.


• Employment/Professional Experience: Professional experience as automotive service advisor and/or technician.
