Mô tả công việc

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Configure, deploy, and maintain applications, servers, storage, and network solutions
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 3-years’ experience in the same position.
• Have experience with:
- Hypervisors like VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, or Citrix Hypervisor.
- HCI such as Nutanix, Dell/EMC VxRail, or VMware vSAN
- Server x86/Unix, Storage solution, Operating system.
- Familiarity with switching and routing devices from well-known vendor such as Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Juniper or Dell
- Familiarity with security devices/technologies is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments is a plus
- Certifications in Cisco, HPE, Linux or UNIX operating system, VMware, AWS, Azure or others a plus
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- University degree in Computer Science or a related subject"
