- Graduates (any discipline) with full time Degree / Diploma in Commercial, Business Administration, Economic Administration.
- Candidates should have relevant experience in the field of Central Purchase.
- Computer Proficiency.
- Specialised sourcing in packaging material from 8-10 years.
- Strong Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills and Spoken English.
- Teamwork, owner ship attitude.
- Capability of independent working, active approach best solution, discussion with supervisor
- Knowledge of working on SAP and JIT delivery model is an advantage.
- Aware of market price trend for commodity & non-commodity packaging material.
- Careful, accurate in management price; close follow up pending subjects in daily working are required and mandatory.
- Having ability of quick catch up and proper solution for problem solving.
- Capability in leading meeting/discussion, wrap up main points in discussion.
- Quick integration with colleague and internal/external stakeholders.
- Relevant size of working environment.
- Leadership competency including self-leading/leading other.
- Passion to build a long-term career path.
