* Duties and Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the development of the new SmartDesign program and enhancements/maintenances of the current SmartFrame program.
- Be responsible for software development practices including design, estimation, code and testing as well as front-end, back-end, API development as required.
- Provide technical support and advice during proposal writing, solution design, and implementation phases.
- Lead development and support of applications using various tools and frameworks.
- Demonstrate expertise in data mapping, validation, manipulation, and analysis.
- Implement software designs following best practices and in-house standards.
- Collaborate with remote employees and consultants to deliver software projects.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 3+ years direct work experience as a Delphi Software Developer.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial environment with working knowledge of the software development lifecycle, software Quality Assurance, Software Development and Methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Proficiency with server-side language - Delphi and any one of these - Java, PHP or .Net.
- Experience in C#, .Net and RESTful Web Services, HTML, CSS, TypeScript and the like will be good.
- Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques.
- High level of discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
