1. Seeking and having contracts with new business in assigned areas (60%)
- Timely discover and have a deep knowledge of the industrial gas, needs of potential customers in assigned territory and assigned market;
- Provide solutions and consultation to customers; negotiate and sign new contracts;
- Develop effective solutions and high quality of proposal, contract, and support documents for discussion and contract for negotiation with customers;
- Be a coordinator in cost/ solution optimization in the project development phase.
2. Existing customer management (20%)
- Conduct company’s contractual commitment for customers;
- Capture existing and potential demands of customers, actively propose suitable solutions to satisfy the change of customer’s demand in order to ensure customer’s loyalty and sales growth;
- Timely and effectively handle customers feedback and relating contractual issues such as prices, delivery, quality, collection etc.
- Regularly take visits to customers, build good relationships with customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Territory, basin management, and reports (10%)
- Conduct market study, establish customer databases and maintain regular updates for assigned territory;
- Establish basin reports for dense/hot areas;
- Enhance and promote companys image and products through seminars, events, partners, equipment at customer’s sites;
- Timely and informative report to Business Activities Report system (BAR+) after each customer contact (visit, email, phone).
4. Centralized market and new gas application market management (10%)
- Be a leader in gas applications. Be the champion of the assigned application.
- Well adapt to centralized market following company strategy in specific period

Yêu cầu công việc

- This position will report to the Business Manager in Ha Noi

- Location: Air Liquide Vietnam, Saigon Hi-tech Park, District 9, HCM

- Education: University degree of related Technical field (prefer: chemistry, mechanical...)

- Experience: 3-6 years experience in technical sales with industrial products, preferably in a multinational organization with engineering/technical background

- Good at 4 skills in English

- Strong communication, negotiation & pro-activeness; Market orientation, practical and achieving great results

- Project management; careful/attention to detail; willing to learn and explore technical issues

- Ability to work in independence, teamwork, mature minded as well as high adaptability & learning.

- Supper performance with high potential to join management team within 1-2 years

- Have big influence in the organization and be a leader of transformation

- Champion of digital age with strong motivation and adoption of digital tools (e-calendar; e-communication platforms, e-note, e-files/folders etc.)
