Our proprietary technology and processes provide scalable same-day and next-day delivery services to some of the world’s fastest growing brands. AxleHire’s services are live in eight major metropolitan areas with many more on the way.

● Build and extend the services, systems, and algorithms that power our delivery platform

● Development of RESTful API based on platform and interworking.

● Development of a backend component for our distributed system (worker, scheduler, SDK…)

● Integration our system with 3rd party services

● Development of real-time processing systems

Yêu cầu công việc

● Have at least 3 years of experience in a backend language like: Java/Scala/Golang/Nodejs…

● Strong experience in RDBMS, SQL/NoSQL

● Strong experience in Linux based environment

● Strong experience in version control: git

● Strong experience in secure RESTful API design

● Experience in message queue and distributed system

● Ability to break down and estimate effort for complex projects

● Can read/write and communicate in English (chat at least and speaking is a bonus)

● Great communication and documentation skills

● Great attention to detail

● A customer-first mindset and a partnering spirit

● A commitment to learning and continuous self-improvement

● A bias to action

● Bonus: Experience working with geospatial data and location-based services

● Bonus: Experience with e-commerce, logistics, and logistics algorithms (e.g. capacitated VRP)

● Drive innovation and performance improvements in our operations technologies (sortation, routing, fleet management, order management)

● Serve as a technical lead to other systems engineers on complex projects

● Contribute to the improvement of team development standards, conventions, and processes
