Mô tả công việc

* Key Tasks:
* Revenue and Account receivables accounting and reporting:
- Verify, reconcile sales per POS with cash receipts on daily basis.
- Update daily sales from POS to SUN accurately and promptly.
- Reconciles cash receipts at Stores with Cash transferred to banks.
- Reconciles Grab ‘s receivable with Cash transferred to banks
- Reconciles Aggregator expenses
- Reconciles Online Payment type (e.g Momo,Onepay…)with Cash transferred to banks
- Reconciles E-Wallet Payment type (e.g Momo,VNpay…)with Cash transferred to banks
- Control, update, active, reconcile cash voucher & gift voucher.
- Perform Store Petty Cash Count on regular and surprised basis.
- Preparing sales report for YUM!: weekly, monthly, annually.
- Sale Bank Accounts Control
- Month-end reconciliation Sale accounts and allocation.
- Receipt and solve Sale Incident Reports form OPS
- Royalty expenses
* Tax accounting and reporting:
- Control, issue Invoices to Customers
- Tax accounting and reporting
- Control the invoice usage

Yêu cầu công việc

* Job Requirement:
- Bachelor in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years experienced in Accounting, of which minimum 3 years at supervisory position
- Experienced in restaurant business is a plus
- Good knowledge in Vietnamese taxes, VAS, (IFRS is a plus)
- Friendly, team-work.
- Be able to work effectively under high pressure.
- Growth mindset.
- Problem solving
