Mô tả công việc

- The position’s primary purpose is to deliver sales & support to Intrepid Urban Adventures and administration support by phone, email, social media, and direct consumers.

- Required to handle all aspects of the customer journey from the initial enquiry to booking, pre/post trip communications & post booking care.

- Required to assist with day-to-day tasks as deemed necessary to support the Intrepid Urban Adventures not limited to but including product updates, stop sales & tour cancellations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Personal and/or professional travel experience to Intrepid destinations

• Experience working in a sales position

• Experience with telephone, email, and customer service

• Experience working with travel booking systems

• Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy

• Ability to work efficiently without supervision

• An understanding of and belief in Intrepid Travel’s Responsible Travel philosophy

• Clear alignment with Intrepid Group’s values
