Mô tả công việc

* Working field: Kubota Diesel Engine, Kubota Power Tiller and other agricultural machinery.

- Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.

- Manage dealer network, sales turn and profit of existing products to reach the company target

- Acquire new customer to reach sales target.

- Cooperate with marketing team, service team to hold marketing events

- Follow up payment from customer in case of overdue payment.

- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.

- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, weekly report, and monthly and annual territory analyses

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor Degree in agriculture engineering/ mechanic engineering/ economic/ international trade/ logistics.

- Sales experience is not required

- Logical thinking, problem solving skills

- Good at speaking and writing in English, Vietnamese

- Be able to go on business trip in domestic and oversea if needed
