Mô tả công việc

1. Warehouse management:

- Work with General Manager and other department heads to understand processes, needs, constraints and deliver solutions, enhancements and resolutions of issues which relevant with Products - Inventory, visibility.

stock management, transportation or Customers Services (technical/ warranty).

- Report out doily, weekly and monthly operational KPIs as required. (products stock, spare-parts management, human resources)

- Ensure all warehousing and inventory control objectives are met, including inventory turn ratios, on-hand accuracy, lowering inventory valuation, and management of obsolete inventory.

- Utilize system reports to support optimum stock level.

- Assure cycle counts are completed timely and accurately and conduct monthly physical inventories. This will include traveling to our warehouse locations and working with transportation vendors in order to supervise the physical counts during the year.

2. Budget optimization:

- You will be authorized of controlling the budget, but need to doily check/ supervise and well-plan with weekly/ monthly quarterly planning.

3. People management

- Manage a team of warehouse & inventory staffs, ensuring compliance with all warehouse processes and procedures. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all activities.

-Supervise warehouse staff and work load by prioritizing and delegating work assignments and monitoring productivity and work quality.

Yêu cầu công việc

- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a busy warehouse environment.

- Computer literate including Microsoft Office and on up to date knowledge of computerised stock control systems and methods.

- Experience that demonstrates strong attention to detail and ability managing multiple priorities.

- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot and perform corrective procedures, and meet inflexible commitment deadlines. -Excellent communication skills

- Attention to detail and administration skills
