QA Executive (QA & HSE)

- Maintain & update of customer complaints and compliments reports.
- Provide assistance to QA team in term of material preparation/ liaising with IT/office admin for any logistic items required for trainings held by QMD.
- Assist QA team in maintain Reliance system and provide supports to laboratory staffs in this regard if required.
- Support QA team to ensure quality related info is updated in N Drive under Quality folder; roXtra.
- Secretary of monthly HSE monthly meeting including taking minute & sending up the follow ups/ reports to the committee.
- Provide support to QA team on making payment, claims form, and other forms required by local authority in the areas of QMD application.
- Provide quality poster printing work for any internal campaign initiated by QMD.
- Support labs on the collected hazard wastes and disposal samples.
- Monitoring the supplier during they are sampling for the environmental reports.
- Submit the requested documents to HEPZA, DONRE….…
- Assisting QMR in overall Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) function of the organization.
- Coordinate and conduct HSE related trainings and educational events such as annual HSE campaigns, Factory Inspection...etc.
- Coordinate all 6S Housekeeping related activities including inspection and auditing exercises.
- Interface with statutory agencies on regulatory and licensing requirements as well as external for works carried out in organization’s premises.
- Managing all contractors’ related matters and conducting monthly contractors’ safety briefing.
- Providing supporting in all quality, safety and environmental training related matters.
