Mô tả công việc

- Contribute to PREMO Objectives with an effective and ethic purchasing organisation adding value and reducing cost
- Implement discipline and results thinking throughout the purchasing organisation
- Develop transparency & collaborative partnerships with key strategic suppliers
- Take benefit of available new technologies, materials to increase value throughout the supplier base
- Achieve costing and smooth SOP with customer via efficient project management
- Strenghten a kaizen and learning culture amongst team members
- Supplier panel management (expansion, nomination, development)
- Generation and evaluation of proposals for PPV (Purchase Price Variance) improvement through re-sourcing, negotiation, in-sourcing
- Generation and evaluation of SOCO (Sourcing Committee) proposals for new projects
- Coordinate and ensure proper follow up with suppliers until material is validated and complete hand-over with procurement for mass production
- Monitor and supervise RFQ (Request For Quotation) process both in plant purchasing and project purchasing
- All responsibilities of hierarchy depending positions according approved Organization Chart
- Implement best in class standards and tools for cross functional collaboration towards internal and external customers

Yêu cầu công việc

- Purchasing, International trade, Logistics, engineering university degree or other related field
- 1 year in similar jobs
- Have Supply chain and logistics concepts
- Costing analysis (how to use a cost breakdown as a negotiation lever)
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Transparency and ability to report
- Negotiation skills/ team work skills
- English language, fluent
- Office and SAP, VEGA user level
