Mô tả công việc

- Design of manufacturing processes to reach established targets (capacity, quality, productivity, cost, etc.).
- Design evaluation fornew design of new product /project . (Produced/ trial sample , evaluation of new design and feed to R&Dadjust /improvement untill ok .
- Design tooling& arrange plan to produce samples and make relevant report after made samples.
- Management of equipment and tooling for new production lines: searching and selection, procurement, installation, validation.
- Release new processes related documentation (PFMEA, control plans, working instructions, etc.).
- Support in settup new line validation new machine productionwhen required.
- Participating in teams for new design improvement. Give idea to R&D and trial/validation for new idea /new concept.
- Participating in teams for problem solving for root cause identification, and design and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate root causes.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor Degree in Mechatronic,Mechanical, Electronic or related fields
- Have 6month - 1year in the job or related position
- Good English communication
- Project and process management
- Solidworks or another 3D Drawing design is a Plus
- Skills to understand how machines and processes work
- Skills to take new technologies
