Mô tả công việc

- Be responsible for the successful delivery of all the engineering and service projects (including on-site project support and guidance, various internal resource coordination, and group customer promotion) and the key KPIs (progress, cost, quality and customer satisfaction) of the projects in Vietnam.

- Promote the implementation of existing network quality monitoring (standardized operation, network KPI improvement etc.) in Vietnam and other branch countries, and feed back related projects, customer information, product applications, and customer requirements to relevant business departments in the headquarters in an immediate and efficient manner. Improve customer satisfaction and the recognition of the companys products and services brands. At the same time, actively explore and promote the achievement of service opportunities and service performance.

- Coordinates engineering and service bidding (engineering and service solutions, estimate preparation and review) and other market support work.

- Improves customer relationships related to engineering services in Vietnam (including establishing communication mechanisms for daily project operation, promoting problems, and escalating coordination), and supervises and promotes customer relationship improvement related to engineering services in each branch country.

-. Achieve KPIs related to engineering delivery, such as service orders, revenues, and gross profits of projects managed by the Vietnam Engineering Service Operation Division.

- Takes charge of routine management of engineering service team building, capability improvement, maturity, and appraisal in Vietnam.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Be familiar with the communication industry, has rich knowledge of system products, and has deep research in the communication market in Vietnam.

- Possess professional knowledge of strategic management, marketing, sales management, project management, international trade, and communication networks.

- Be capable of project management, public relations, coordination, team building, and employee management.

- Have work sense of responsibility, have basic management experience, good operation ability, strong operation sense, and strong pressure bearing ability;

- Have rich knowledge of project management and practical operation experience of project management.

- PMP and other project management certifications are preferred.

- Fluent English or Chinese
