ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Kambria & OhmniLabs Vietnam businesses are structured into multi programs including but not limited to:
    • Programs in Kambria Open Innovation ecosystem such as Starter Program, NFT IP Program, Project Portfolio, Knowledge Base, Community. In general, these programs aim to call for Deeptech Solution seekers and Innovators to collaborate in our ecosystem.
    • OhmniLabs functional programs such as Robot Sales, Customer Services.
    • Other functional programs such as Marketing, Operations.
  • Our business team is structured accordingly with multi Program Leads (Senior Executive) or Coordinators (Middle-level Executive), each member will be in charge of 3-4 programs at a time.
  • The programs each member is in charge would be rotated so that the team can explore and find programs that match their skills / interests, and also can grow different skill sets.

* The interesting challenges of this job are:

  • Program Leads / Coordinators needs to understand the technical aspects and have the ability to communicate with Innovators / Developers.
  • Find out the ways of lead generation, qualification and conversion that are effective and optimized.
  • Developing businesses via value added resellers (OhmniLabs) or Open Innovation Hub partners (Kambria).

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background in Business and experiences in Technology industries, or Background in Technology and experiences in Business jobs. Good business acumen while being able, or willing to learn, to speak technical language fluently.
  • Relevant experiences in some following areas: sales, marketing, operations, customer services, community, event organizing, program execution… Especially experiences in B2B lead generation or partner development would be a plus.
  • Relevant experiences in technology industries. Especially Deeptech industries such as AI, robotics, blockchain, AR/VR, IoT… would be a plus.
  • Negotiation skills. Communication skills in both English & Vietnamese, written and verbal.
  • Execution skills. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Results-driven, self-motivated and self-disciplined.
  • Research skills to find out best practices and develop new ideas, methods, or procedures to effectively meet changing circumstances.
  • Professionalism and a high sense of responsibility; willing to go extra miles to ensure projects are executed on time and of high quality.
  • Startup mindset; comfortable working in a constantly changing environment and proactive to find different approaches to achieving the goal.
  • Good teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Fulltime employment:
    • Compensation: (Net) Salary $750-$1200, Yearly adjustment (~ Gross $850-$1450)
