- Monitoring production process, give corrective actions and preventive actions.
- Check daily production status and as well as quality control
- Try to improve productivity and quality
- Ensuring a well running production in terms of machines, process and people capability
- Other jobs assigned by manufacturing manager and supervisor.
* Others:
- To work in shifts (3 shifts) between Monday to Saturday.
- Off 2 Saturdays/month
- 13th salary
- Training course about soft skill: Hourensou, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Production management...
- Social Insurnace, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance as law
- Traveling
- Competitive wages.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education level: Bachelor’s Degree　
- Welcome New graduate and experiencer of line management.
- Required skill: Can communicate in Japanese or English.
