Mô tả công việc

- Manage production, generally manage workshops, teams included: Welding, Painting, Assembly, Repari, Backup, M&E.
- To organize, implement, guide production techniques, requirement of products quality for each line to ensure production schedule.
- To allocate resource properly to achieve the production target.
- To ensure the production quality.
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- To be responsible for the maintenance of equipment.
- To implement labor safety health assurance police for entire production stage.
- To review worker performance
- To identify training needs
- To maintain equipment and tool to remain good in its function to work and use.
- To manage, use and maintain the machine equipment serving to production.
- To organize, implement and control the production processes.
- To maintain semi-finished goods in every production stations.
- Allocate manpower in production department.
- Complete the production plan of the factory
- Report production activities to HOF & BOD
- Improve production capacity
- Coordinate with the departments to support the activities of the factory.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 3 years of experience in a related position.
- Education - College or University degree with related major
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoit, Word, Outlook...)
-Strong English oral and written communication skills (technical and non-technical)
- Demonstrated problem - solving skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to interact with others effectively within the corporate environment
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects
- Specific vision abilities are required
- Fluency in English, spoken and written, is required
