Were searching for a Product Manager (PdM) who has strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. The PdM will lead our development team in an efficient, productive, and high quality.

Detail:

● Collaborate with the Product Planer to define the product strategy and roadmap

● Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

● Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

● Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

● Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

● Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding in product team

Yêu cầu công việc

Required skills and qualifications

● Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager

● Experience in building product teams

● Product and market mindset

● Experience in working at startups and bringing products to PMF

● Proven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

● Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development

● Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Business English or Japanese (N2 level)

Preferred skills and qualifications

● PMP certification

● Experience working in multinational companies
