Mô tả công việc

- Ensure operational process under the standards in order to meet the standard of output quality
- Arrange the capacity of line to meet properly and fully under the daily production plan.
- Control the conditions on the line
- Notice, confirm and maintenance in accordance with standards of line. (And solve the problems arise)
- Implement 5S, KAIZEN on the line ( Improvement activities)
- Manage and train for wokers in the professional way to achieve the production plan.
- Check and analyze nonconformity points on the line to reduce the defects and increase productivity.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduate from Major Electronics or higher
- Have experience (at least 2 years) in Manufacturing management fields
- Having experience in managing PBA / ASSY assembly department of electronic component manufacturing company.
- Can analyze the data;
- Can speak and write English well.
