Mô tả công việc

1. Formulate human resource strategic planning according to company goals;

2. Coordinate the management of company recruitment plans, compensation benefits, and performance management;

3. Regularly collect and compare market talent levels, establish a corporate talent reserve system, and enhance corporate competitiveness;

4. Establish smooth and effective communication channels and effective incentive mechanisms;

5. Organize employee learning and training, and track and assess learning outcomes, assist in selecting professional talents;

6. Organize internal and external exchange activities and meeting arrangements of the company;

7. Build and maintain corporate culture, organize employees to learn and publicize corporate culture and enterprise spirit;

8. Conduct enterprise team building, establish teams with cohesion and team spirit.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Major in finance, economics, investment, and market marketing;

2. Passionate about the education and training industry, with affinity and strong communication skills;

3. Good coordination, organizational ability, and strong execution ability;

4. Positive, diligent, and responsible work attitude;

5. Familiar with financial derivatives knowledge, clear thinking, strong analytical and learning ability;

6. Strong copywriting skills, outstanding expression ability, proficient in office software like Office/PPT/PS;

7. Those who have participated in fields related to derivative transactions such as stocks, futures, foreign exchange, BTC, etc. are preferred;

8. Those with experience in the presidents office or education and training are preferred.
