Mô tả công việc

1. Sales Analysis
- Analyse sales data from various viewpoints and find out key issues to improve business operation.
- Aggregating sales result of each region and updating timely.
2. Organize Marketing Activities and Promote Digital Marketing
- Liaise with vendor for designing, printing, ordering and modification of product catalogues and promotional goods.
- Manage, plan and update latest promotional materials such as articles and videos to upload into company’s website, YouTube, SNS accounts such as Facebook and LINE.
3. System Management
- Managing and liaising with system vendors for our Member’s Site (Distributor Inventory System), Sales Support System, Business Work Flow System for cutting tool application, Special Item Management System and Special Price Management System.
4. Conduct Various Events
- Preparation and smooth implementation of various events such as distributor meetings, product seminars etc.
5. Support Business Operations
- Support inventory control and system operations to improve customer support.
- Checking of new product release schedule and updating of price lists.

- Working hour: Mon- Fri 8:00-17:00.
- Location: Kim Ma - Ba Dinh - HN.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Business/ marketing or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English.
- 2-3 years’ of experience in a similar role and industry.
- Meticulous and detailed orientated. Able to organize and maintain marketing related records, reports to senior management.
- Good in problem-solving while exhibiting good judgement and logic.
- May be required to travel overseas occasionally.
