Mô tả công việc

- Control, follow and handle export import operation

- Calculate ratio loss base on I2 and IM monthly. Base on BOM to make the norm for product after export the goods.

- Handle cancel waste weekly, material NG monthly and equipment machine if need. Make the sheet to follow between JDE system and actual data.

- Check data export, import between Vnaccs and JDE weekly, monthly.

- Control export import cost, make forecast and actual monthly fee.

- Perform declare customs in Vnacss correctly with docs and VAT, make sheet follow monthly with Accounting department

- Handle balance-sheet

- Contact to customers about export shipments

- Join in EMS, QMS committee

- Make FC for goods at OHV and make report when boss request.

* Working time:Monday~Friday: 8:00~16:45’ and one Saturday/ month.

* Working place:VSIP 2, Bình Dương (Have company’s bus from Cong Quynh Street, District 1).

Yêu cầu công việc

- University level have knowledge about Logistics.

- To have an experience in Import-export over 5 years.

- Management skill from Supervisor level up to

- Have the certificate of customs, logistics skill, knowledge the export import law.
