Mô tả công việc

-Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to help managers develop their team members through career path

- Create yearly company-wide master training plan

- Develop effective training programs and talent development initiatives

-Develop and keep up-to-date various learn &develop methods

- Monitor and review the progress of trainees

-Measure, evaluate and continuously improve company-wide and departmental training effectiveness

-Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings

- Manage training budgets

- Supervise and develop L&D team members, and Internal trainers pool

Yêu cầu công việc

-Training background and having the professional knowledge of field of manufacturing industry preferred;

-Have experience as an L&D leader, Training leader, or similar

- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices

- Experience in project management and budgeting

-Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

- Good communication/ Interpersonal and Presentation skills

-Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors

-Graduated in Business, Education, Psychology or a related field
