Mô tả công việc

- Receive samples from administrator at the office,check them whether they are in good condition or not (condition of packing, seal, and label) and record all findings on receiving and delivery sample log book. - Report any problems if any to administrator
- Prepare samples according to the sample preparation process & flow chart of each specific work order
- Test air dry loss, total moisture and particle size and HGI if any and record results on the right form then submit to Team leaderfor reviewing
- Conduct daily maintenance and routine follow-up of building, equipment, garden and yards condition
- Detecting, identifying and repairing building issues, like basic problems with the building’s electrical, plumbing systems.
- Perform installations, assembling, fittings, repairs, and replacements as needed.
- Assist in developing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Monitor activies of subcontractors onsite lab to ensure safety and security
- Comply with SGS internal quality & HSE procedures.
- Other duties upon requested

Yêu cầu công việc

- College or University graduated.
- Have experience in related activities
- English enough for working
- Good communication skills
- Experience performing routine maintenance
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
