INVESTMENT OPERATIONS

• Supports in all tasks related to the fund operations for our funds; serve as the primary point of contact for daily fund operations matters.

• Supports the treasury function with custodian including capital calls, funding and redemptions, bank reconciliation

• Supports the transaction function with counterparties including subscriptions, securities booking and settlement, daily balancing, and reconciliation.

• Occasionally supports investor onboarding and reporting.

• Builds and maintains relationships with counterparties, sub-advisors, banks, auditors, and service providers.

• Supports client lifecycle processes such as onboarding, KYC, account setup, CRM setup, investor reports, capital accounts, distribution notices, funding of new deals and attending to investor queries/requests.

• Supporting the Head of Operations to oversee the annual audits of the investment portfolio, including valuation, application of accounting standards and pronouncements, controls standards, disclosure and coordination with outside auditors, Controller, and CFO.

• Ensures all relevant documentations are filed properly and communicated across the relevant teams.

May perform other duties as required and assigned.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Highly self-motivated. Has the ability to flex and to adapt to changing circumstances as the business grows.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Meticulous and detail oriented.

Able to work with multiple work streams.

Familiar with principles of fund valuation, financial statements, and accounting practices (e.g. US GAAP, IFRS).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).

Knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI is a plus.

EDUCATION

Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3 years of fund accounting/operations in financial service industry.

Big4 audit experience preferred.

Bank operations, bank treasury operations preferred.

Financial statement preparation experience preferred.
