Mô tả công việc

* Import & Export activities:
- Receive notice for import/ export shipment and arrange delivery schedule accordingly.
- Prepare relating documents for import/ export shipments (PO, INV-PL, BL…)
- Coordinate with Forwarders to clear customs and arrange shipments on time.
- Prepare CO for Customers.
- Keep customer informed of any changes to the product/schedule of original booking.
- Keep all records and documents relating to the import and export shipments.
- Prepare documents for payments.
- Solve unexpected issues
* Others:
- Purchase materials, tools and equipment for production.
- Stock checking and inventory updating.
- Other tasks assigned by Board of Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Male/female, 24 - 30 years of age.
- University degree of trading, import-export, business...
- Good command of English.
- At least 1 year of experience in import - export in manufacturing company.
- Good computer skills (word, excel, powerpoint, Internet, email)
- Hard-working, honest, high sense of responsibility and teamwork
