Mô tả công việc

- Conducting placement tests as requested
- Teaching English as a foreign language in accordance with the curricula and methodologies of Thông Thạo
- Completing the entire course successfully
- If, for any reason, you would like to end your contract, you must give a 1-month written notice in advance. Then we will find a suitable replacement accordingly.
- Preparing adequately for every lesson (PowerPoint slides, flashcards, etc.)
- Arriving on time (At least 15 minutes before the class starts)
- Maintaining a professional attitude and appearance with students and parents
- Attending professional development sessions conducted at Thông Thạo (workshops, class observation, meetings…)
- Avoiding discussing such topics as politics, religion, sex, etc.
- Getting along with our staff
- Refraining from tempting our students to sign up for your own home-based class (If you do so, your contract will be immediately terminated and your salary for the last month will be not paid.)
- Participating in marketing activities as requested

Yêu cầu công việc

- Qualifications:
+ Master Degree in TESOL/Applied Linguistics or Bachelor Degree in English Language Teaching
+ C1 English proficiency level: IELTS 7.0+
- Experience in teaching IELTS classes
- Proficiency at MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Being well-organized and responsible
- Being honest, friendly and patient
