- Monday to Friday：8:30am to 6pm

We are a Japanese IT company. We have offices in HCM, DaNang and HaNoi.
I am looking for onsite and remote IT recruiters.

【IT Recruiter Job Responsibilities】
1.Sourcing Candidates
IT recruiters may work on attracting applicants passively,
or may actively reach out to prospective employees individually
(through networking social media sites such as LinkedIn or Facebook).

2.Screening Candidates
recruiters screen the candidate for the client company’s job requirements
and qualifications, as well as checking to ensure a good fit

3.Arranging Interviews
he recruiter arranges interviews between the job candidate and key staff within the client company.

4.Coordinating Compensation Packages
After the decision is made to offer the position to the candidate,
the recruiter explains the compensation package the company is offering

【Work skill】
- More than 1 year of IT recruiter experience
- At least 1 year of onsite or remote IT recruiting experience
- More than 1 year of experience making proposals to IT users onsite or remotely
- Find IT users looking for IT engineers
- Coordination between IT users and IT engineers.
