Responsible for:

50% Manage Documents:

  • Collect documents from employees and enter them into the database.
  • Work with employees and tutor them to complete the paperwork in the right way.
  • Organize, name, and maintain the personnel records.
  • Scan all documents to storage.
  • Do the hand-over documents for employees.

30% Reception:

  • Welcome people who come in and tutor them.
  • Receive the letter and keep track of it.
  • Buy and hand-over the stationary.
  • Check the asset in and out of the building.

20% Prepare a meeting room and working place for employees.

  • Coordinate the meeting room.
  • Register the meeting room.
  • Arrange the working place for new employees.
  • Other tasks when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Good/ advanced at computer literacy (especially MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
  • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
  • BS in Human Resources/ Economic or relevant field
  • 1+ year experience in Admin is a plus
