* JOB BRIEF:
- Business analysis & Project Delivery Specialist is responsible for writing business requirements,business process analysis managing project delivery .You are assigned by IT Deparment to worktogether BUs to build use-case/DFD modeling, support to train end users in the projects.
* DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Under assignment from IT Director/IT Service and Project Delivery Manager to work as an IT Business Analysist or acting Project Manager to belong the property of project and assign from IT Director.
- Gather business and system requirements from stakeholders. Prepare/review BRD (Business Requirement Document), SRS (System Requirement Spec), BPD (Blue Print Document) , Feature List (if needed), UAT documents, GBR (General Business Rules) and wire frame for complex UCs (if needed)
- Support BRD, BPD, UAT signoff with business
- Coordinate with IT internal development team or vendor for software development for knowledge/ requirement transferring and understanding correctly
- Manage budget of the Project and ensure that spending doesn’t exceed the budget
- Work with software development partners at IT projects and study/update/implement new technologies/ solutions.
- To attend the QA activities for the project/key tasks included preparation testing plan, test script and facilitate the testing with key stakeholder and UAT signoff
- Do a consultancy related business process in order to advise to Bus.
- Research and propose business/innovation process to improve product performance
- Report periodically to the IT Service and Project Delivery Manager and IT Director on project delivery and risk management
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT Service and Project Delivery Manager/IT Director

* Requirements of the role:
- Bachelor degree preferably in Computer Science or Business Information System.
- Obtaining Business and IT knowledge base.
- Good communication and presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
- At least 5 years of working experience with over 1 experienced year in a Business Analyst or Project Manager
- To have experiences BA in Retail sector on POS ,Omni channel,E-COMMERCE B2C,B2B ,marketplace and e-office.
- To be fluence in functionality business process analysis :DFD,functionality business diagram,ERD,UML,..
- To build up MOCKUP,functionality list decomposition based on Module with design orientation MICROSERVICE or Fabric/ESB/EIA API
- Priority to candidates to be able to use design tools : UI Axure Mockups
- Basic knowledge on database such as database schema and SQL query.
- Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques.
- General understanding and experiences of business processes in software development on Agile,Waterfall
- Proactive can-do attitude and strong commitment to deadline.
- Active and creative, able to work independently in team.
- Specific business domain knowledge is a plus (SAP/sales/POS management, ERP, content management, loyalty, etc.).
- Priority to candidates to mature in software development environment to comply with CMMI.
