Mô tả công việc

1. Cash accounting

• Handle payment by cash for suppliers and staffs.

• Prepare cash accounting entries to ensure all accounting transactions are updated into general ledgers correctly, in time, follow Vietnamese Accounting Standard and company internal rules.

• Manage and reconcile cash accounts by daily

• Ensuring that cash entries update accounting system on time.

• Maintain good relationship with the colleagues.

2. Fixed asset accounting

• Manage depreciation for all fixed assets and ensure to calculate fully and on time.

• Manage monthly fixed asset summary report for internal and external reports.

• Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets.

• Conduct periodic physical counts of fixed assets.

• Recommend to management whether fixed assets should be disposed of.

• Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries.

3. Others

• Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.

• Keeping informed about the latest developments in the life insurance industry.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Willingness to comply with all local and company regulations

• Minimum of 2 years working in Finance or Accounting or Life Insurance industry

• Proficiency with computers, especially SUN and MS Office.

• High level of efficiency and accuracy.

• English writing skill.
