Mô tả công việc

- Ensures all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to company requirements.

- Control, monitor and be responsible for monthly and quarterly accounting reports

- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.

- Prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and other reports.

- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

- Manages daily banking and financial tasks: following and checking on bank transactions, payment transfer, receivable and payable; issuing VAT invoice/payment requests and input data into accounting software.

- Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT…)

- Provide audit support

- Coordinates with the Korean Finance Team and external parties.

- Other tasks assigned by relevant managers

Yêu cầu công việc

- Female, age: 30-45.

- Bachelor’s in accounting, Finance, Auditing or related fields.

- Minimum 3 years experienced in accounting and finance in foreign invested companies, especially in start-up enterprises in IT/technology sector

- Advanced knowledge in Vietnamese Accounting Standards and the prevailing tax regulations

- Solid background in finance analyst, reports

- Strong English level
