Description de l’emploi

- Setting and maintaining standards for inspection of apparel products such as bras, shirts, dresses, pants, shorts, swimsuits, shoes, etc.

- Designing size chart for apparel products following the US consumer’s standard.

- Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production, ensuring the best product quality at an optimized price.

- Monitoring the quality of products through live and direct product inspection and negotiation with vendors complying with Company and market standards.

- Performing inspections at random to regularly assess product quality.

Exigences de l’emploi

- 3+ years of proven experience as a quality inspector, preferably from an apparel manufacturing unit.

- Have experience in womens bra design and measurement.

- Be familiar with US standards for apparel products is a plus

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Highly attentive to detail, function, and quality

- Strong leadership skills and teamwork mentality

- Working proficiency level of English. Chinese is a plus
