* Financial Analysis
- Perform financial analysis job functions, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial reporting for the group of companies.
- Provide decision support by financial modeling, business case analysis, and financial/management reporting for the group of companies.
- Provide financial analytics that drives business results in support of the short-term and long-term value of the assets, liabilities, and investments of the business segment for the group of companies.
- Participate in the development of strategic and operational objectives for the segment
- Evaluate financial implications of specific business decisions/opportunities and advises management accordingly to ensure targeted financial performance achievement
- Prepare, analyze, and submit management report on the dateline and provide feedback on monthly financial results & key performance measures
- Explains financial information and guidance effectively to all levels of management
* Treasury Management
- Optimize financial resources and risk management.
- Manage and monitor FX risk
- Forecast and monitor daily and weekly cash flow.
- Analyze financial reports on a monthly basis and presented them on time as scheduled.
- Liaising with a financial institution.
- Co-ordinate with related parties to execute financing documentation.
- Perform other related duties as required.
* Others
- Provide support to overseas finance teams
- Finance knowledge & Innovation Management
- Implement new financial, accounting, and other related concepts to the finance, accounting, credit control, collection, and operations teams.
- Support sales team to ensure full compliance with the group policy concerning budgeting and P&L

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Other related disciplines.
* Experience :
- Advanced degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field; several years of experience in a finance role; Big Data and Excel skills; Leadership skills and experiences
- Solid financial analysis and financial model knowledge with good knowledge and experience dealing with banks and financial products, especially, FX and Derivatives.
- Have experience in dealing with multinational teams
* Full Knowledge and Technical Skills of :
- Well organized and integrity.
- Positive attitude “CAN DO”, energetic and good team player.
- Self-motivated and a self-starter continuously looking for process improvements, Innovation thinking,
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Good Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP – SAP, ORACLE Accounting System).
