Mô tả công việc

- Maintain high degree of professional work etiquette with shareholders and external stakeholders
- Instigate effective communication and information network among the key team and associates with clarity and integrity
- On-time and accurate analysis of data and presentation of management information
- Set up, analyze and control of key business / operational processes as assigned
- Engage to the preparation of business and operational objectives, plans and goals
- Effective follow-up of customer care activities and routine compliance CAPs as assigned
- Monitor and manage individual KPIs and PMS of the key team and associates
- Conduct people development KSA (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude) programs and employee branding programs

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum three years in similar position
- Inter-personal relationship skills
- Process and data analytical skills
- Planning and project management skills
- Good in English communication skill, presentation skills.
