- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering , Electronic , Electric, Automation or other related fields.
- Have 3-5 years experience in similar job or supervisor job
- Have a background of electronic industrial and production process.
- Lean manufacturing principles and application tools (value stream mapping, visual management, error proofing, quick changeover, standard operations, one-piece flow, kanban system, total productive maintenance, etc.).
- 8D methodology for problem solving, the basic analysis tool is necessary.
- Have the skill for designing process and understand design tools for equipment and machinery
- English language, fluent.
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Explorer, MS Project, SAP (Production module profile). User level.
- Leadership and authority, ability to organize and coordinate people, proactive person, ability to work under pressure, team work ability, able to take decisions very quickly, self motivated, self-learning ability
- Demostrated management skills
