Qualifications

1. Education:
- Bachelor degree. Major in IT
- Relevant professional certificates from Microsoft/ Cisco/ Oracle...are good plus

2. Work experience
- 3 to 5-year-experience in related scope of works: IT Infra FrontEnd/ BackEnd Operation Management. IT Security Management and/or Oracle/ SQL DB administration are strong plus

3. Traits and Skills
- IT Security Administration
- IT Infrastructure Administration, including Windows Server & Client OS, Networking, Vmware server
- Good documentation & ITIL experience
- Effective communication in English & Vietnamese (speaking, listening, reading & writing).
- Effective and smooth collaboration with customers, partners and suppliers.
- A team player. Easy to work with. Participate team’s and company’s teambuilding activities.
- Discipline. Integrity. Disagree but commit.
- Analytical thinking. Self learning capability, Knowledge transfer capability
- Customer Orientation. Result Orientation. Quality. Cost sensitivity
- Ready for travel when needed (for training/ project/ cross-site support)
