Job description

Recruiting Team Lead works closely with JKA’s CEO to develop the specialized Procurement/Supply Chain staffing service. Leverage on the CEO and other senior leaders within JKA to develop and expand their extensive network of contacts within the supply chain and procurement industry.

  • Create JKA’s recruiting procedures with heavy emphasis on LinkedIn recruiting.
  • Verify and curate the JKA’s database of 2,000+ contacts in Supply Chain and Procurement resources
  • Search for and develop new sourcing methods to find job candidates
  • Research and develop the best job advertising techniques
  • Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods
  • Conduct screening process to qualify potential candidates
  • Conduct screening interviews to short-list candidates for final interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with JKA or final clients
  • Follow up with clients to solicited feedback and identify additional opportunities.Work closely with the CEO to grow the business.

Job requirement

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Recruiting Executive, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruitment Consultant
  • Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants
  • Knowledge of US labor laws
  • Self-motivated and able to take the initiative.
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
  • Deep knowledge of social media and professional networks. In particular LinkedIn
  • Able to communicate English effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field is required. Prior experience in recruiting as a manager, coordinator or consultant as well as experience screening and interviewing job candidates is also required. Strong communication skills will help you succeed as a recruiting manager, as you will be working closely with the employer, job candidate and recruiters.
