Job description

- Confirms quality requirements by reviewing blueprints, drawings, product and customer specifications, manuals, and process procedures.

- Evaluates product production by establishing quality protocols; auditing sampling techniques; analyzing samples.

- Approves product production by resolving acceptance questions.

- Improves product processing by studying quality results trends; identifying causes of defects; initiating actions to improve results; communicating changes to affected departments.

- Improves quality reliability by criticizing and improving sampling and testing procedures.

- Improves quality policies by contributing information as a member of the quality committee,

- Provides management planning information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing quality data and trends.

- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

- Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Job requirement

- Technical Understanding, Promoting Process Improvement, Developing Standards, Managing Processes, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Analyzing Information , Supports Innovation, Managing Profitability, CAD, Quality Engineering, Operations Research

- Excellence communication in English and Vietnamese.

- Strong, persuasive communicator both verbally and written.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.

- At least 5 years of related experience.

- Experience as a leader in handling authority audits.
