Job description

Yves Rocher Vietnam is hiring experienced candidates for the vacancy Chief Accountant with main duties as follows:

* Guarantee the quality of financial statements

- Ensure the quality and compliance of the accounting data and reports with local and company rules

- Responsible for the fiscal (Tax, VAT, CIT) declarations

-Master of knowledge in tax

* Improving processes and organization

- Ensure the consistency of the accounting data and the unity of the rules in the 3 zones: North, Center, South

- Support to give better view to managers for budget and investments

- Support to deploy and improve internal audit processes of the company

- Manage and support the progression of accounting team

* Accounting Reporting

- Delivering accounting reporting compliant with requirements (dates, level of details, explanations)

- Doing cash & BS forecasts in coordination with the CFO (expat)

* Audit

- Support the process of annual audit of company financial statements

-Other missions according to the context and manager’s request.

Job requirement

- University graduated, major in Finance/Accounting

- Having 5 - 7 years of experience in accounting including 3 years working as Chief Accountant

- Knowledge of Vietnamese taxation and VAS regulations

- Previous experience as chief accountant in a company selling by Retail and Ecommerce

- Good ability implement & explain new processes

- Management skills are also a must have as supporting & developing the team are key in this position

- Good communication skills with both finance and non finance teams

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in excel

- Attention to details, problem solving skills

- Good analytical thinking

- Very good English skills.
