Mô tả công việc

- Develop EVP and recruitment brand with a multi-channel strategy.
- Manage and operate the system of digital recruitment channels.
- Enhance & manage the brand of TCV.
- Plan annual activities and organize Recruitment events at universities, and training centers.
- Participate in projects to enhance candidate/employee experience with HR functions.
- Other tasks as requested by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from College.
- Have 1 year of experience in the same position.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in General Marketing/ Branding/ Digital Marketing/ Internal Communications/ Paid media or equivalent position.
- Have skills in writing, content creation, and event organization.
- Know how to use basic video design/editing software.
- Good English communication skills.
- Teamwork skills, independent work, good time management, and work organization skills.
- Proficient in office.
- Creative and proactive in work.
