Mô tả công việc

* Marketing & Sales Assistance

- Preparing sales order, loading plan, and other related documents.

- Follow up credit status of customers with creditor in order to ensure the stable delivery to customers

- Seeking for order processing improvement.

- Assisting sales executive in term of facilitating selling activities.

* Coordinating and service

- Coordinating with S&OP for production plan, allocation .

- Coordinating with sales executive for production schedule, delivery time, etc.

- Coordinating with logistic & WH for delivery processing

* Reporting

- Providing update delivery report for management review

- Prepare report of slow move & unbookng, and prepare actions to delivery

* Others

- Working according to company’s working procedure/system.

- Working according to assignment from supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor Degree in major of Business Administration, Economics, Import-Export or related fileds

- GPA equal 6.4 or up

- Communicate well in English

- High teamwork ability, on time, follow deadline report, accept high pressure working
