Mô tả công việc

- To communicate with customers via email, online-meeting
- Analyze and transfer customer’s request to project team members during whole development process;
- Frequently & actively contact customers to clarify requirement contents
-Manage project or work closely with Project Manager to monitor and control project
- Report progress status to customer;
- To make plans, follow up project process, monitor the project team when going on site;
- Make any relevant document based on project request such as: basic design, detail design, test specification, …;
- Deliver document on quality to meet project’s request;Translate requirement, Q&A, email based on project request;


* Working ：Mon. - Fri. 8:30~17:30
* Place: Nam Tu Liem, Ha Noi

Yêu cầu công việc

- IT background.
- Fluent in English & Japanese;
- At least 3 years experience as BrSE.
- Good communication skill
- Good understanding of Japanese working culture/ working style
- Intermediate level of requirement analysis skill
- Intermediate level of software development process
- Intermediate level of database development
- Pre-intermediate level of project management.
- Have knowledge AI, degital solution.
