* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Job Summary – (Role Summary)
- Read and understand the job description and adhere to the rules & regulations of the Beach Club/ Sea food restaurant
- Actively participate in the training action plan of your Beach Club/ Seafood
- Be familiar with all Emergency and safety procedures (You are member of the evacuation team)
- Be familiar with all hotel facilities and the use of all equipment’s - tools-materials, in your department Keep clean and in good condition all the hotel premises and properties Pay attention to your grooming and behavior.
- Participate in any duties requested by your superior
- Handle guest complains in the limit of your position following the standards
- Develop your multi-skills in the following positions: all F&B duties
- Replace his superior if absent at the daily briefing
- Adhere to regulations concerning, health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and policies and procedures.
- During your shift you will supervise and participate in:
* All F&B duties
- By controlling their work’s assignments according to their job description
- By controlling the punctuality and professional appearance/behavior
- By dispatching them regarding the need and occupancy of the hotel
- Be ready to replace any of the staff or help them in their daily activity in case of high occupancy
- Ensure the highest level of service/quality and guest satisfaction in all F&B departments:
- By controlling the presentation/set-up and service in all F&B outlets follow the standards
- By controlling the cleanliness of the outlets (tables, chairs, buffet, station tray, trolleys…)
- By controlling that all standards of cashiering and billing are followed
- By controlling the daily restocking of all items and supplies at established par levels.
- By controlling that the engineering carries out the requested job order
- Administration;
- By controlling that all reports, log books and statistics are accurately fill-up
- By participating in all monthly inventories or other end of the month procedures
- Fill-up the necessary and proper formats
- Oversees the service standards in the outlet ensuring that they confirm to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Directs and controls all subordinate associates to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.
- Coaches, counsels, disciplines and develops subordinate associates.
- Report any suspicious behavior from any guest
- Report any accident, smoke, fire, to your superior

* REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Required Skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Good writing skills
- Leadership Skills
* Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
* Experience
- 2 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
