Mô tả công việc

  • Deploy 3rd party and in-house software/application according to the requirements from customers request/project plan
  • Manage and maintain middleware, virtualization, cloud system and all business software/applications to ensure high availability of the system as committed SLA with
    customers
  • Ensure the latest update with security patches or update are implemented middleware, applications/software/OS to comply with company regulation & ISMS/ISO
    27001 policies
  • Ensure the maintenance plan is executed and communicated to related parties
  • Provide troubleshooting, solving and investigating for IT incidents
  • Co-ordinate with NOC team and Infrastructure team in incident/problem solving
  • Follow ISMS/ISO 27001, ISO20000, ISO14000 procedure, policies, and company regulations
  • Other duties as assigned by IT Manager & Direct Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

*** Education:

  • University Degree in Computer Science or IT

*** Technology skills and experience:

  • Wide knowledge in different area (network, server hardware, system, database, software …)
  • Knowledge of (CI/CD) (Must)
  • Linux, Windows Server, Virtualization, Cloud Management (Must)
  • Programming in C++, Shell, Bash ….
  • Jboss, Tomcat middleware
  • Log analysis

*** Soft-skills:

  • English communication
  • Strong troubleshooting & analyzing
  • Customer oriented
  • Problem solving
